[The Best Bad Luck I Ever Had by Kristin Levine]
This was a good’un, in the To Kill a Mockingbird tradition of a southern-summer novel, with an emphasis on family, friends, and racism, and how all of those things effect each other and the narrator’s experience as a child in early 20th century Alabama.
